Meet Zara
After spending a decade in Italy, she fell in love with the Mediterranean way of life—where every meal is a celebration of simplicity, the finest ingredients, and pure flavors. Her culinary journey began at Alma, the prestigious international culinary school in Parma, where she immersed herself in Italian cuisine, learning from world-class chefs passionate about the art of food.
Her experience working with renowned chefs at Osteria Francescana in Modena, Aimo e Nadia in Milan, Chez Panisse in Berkeley, and Atelier Crenn in San Francisco inspired her to bring that same artistry, precision, and wholesomeness to desserts in the U.S.
As an Iranian pastry artist, she also celebrates her heritage by weaving the delicate, vibrant flavors of Persian cuisine into her creations—offering a luxurious fusion of cultures that is both elegant and unforgettable.
